YoungCapital started a unique initiative in co-creation with her Key Accounts and other employment agencies, to build tangible and ready-to-execute strategies in order to fully optimize their collective services to their Key Accounts.

Together with YoungCapital we designed a smart program based on “Blue-Sky-Thinking, Design-Thinking and Positive Psychology”.

We are very proud to have set up multiple succesful strategic alliances with Key Accounts using this method, giving YoungCapital just that bit of edge over the competition!
