ING - Agile Transformation

Goal:

Agile transformation as to increase commercial impact as well as increase workfloor happiness by developing autonomy within the teams and setting up self-guiding and multi-disciplinary “squads, tribes and chapters”.

Approach:

• 150 FTE scope set up using Agile, Lean, Lean start-up, Design thinking, en Scrum-principles.

• Successfully scaled up to 20 squads

• Training of Product Owners

• Coaching teams

• Leadership development within self governing environments.

• Obeya room design, portfolio management and performance dialogue between Product Owners, Head Office and Sales Units.
